We are seeking a Фахівець з навчання та розвитку персоналу to join our product retail company in Ukraine, focusing on staff training and development.

Responsibilities
- Development of normative documents (regulations, instructions, rules) for professional staff development.
- Creation of distance learning forms, testing, and content filling of training portal sections.
- Interaction with department heads regarding the development of normative documents and development plans for specific departments.
- Participation in company projects aimed at staff training and development.
Requirements
- Experience in Training and Development
- Ability to work in Kyiv, Ukraine (On-site)
