Forward Deployed Engineers work closely with customers to understand real business challenges and turn them into scalable technology solutions. The role blends software engineering, practical problem-solving, and Generative AI implementation to create outcomes that are useful, reliable, and business-focused.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the point where technology meets real customer needs. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, build scalable applications, and support the adoption of Generative AI solutions in practical ways.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to turn requirements into clear, working solutions. The role needs someone who can communicate well, adapt quickly, pay attention to details, and manage different priorities in a fast-moving environment.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will contribute to application development, AI solution delivery, technical consulting, and continuous improvement while keeping customer success and business outcomes at the center.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain applications using React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Implement and integrate GenAI models into real-world projects.
• Partner with clients to understand priorities and deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions.
• Present technical strategies and solutions clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and usability.
• Continuously learn and apply emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and industry practices.

Requirements

• Full Stack Developer (GenAI): 6+ months of experience, with at least one GenAI project implemented.
• Forward Deployed Engineer (1–2 YOE): Client-facing role with strong communication skills, adaptability, and full-stack fundamentals. You will embed with customer teams, act as the technical face of solutions, and grow into a consulting-oriented engineering path.
• Core Tech Stack: React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• GenAI Tools: Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, SDKs, Add Ons, Firefly Services, Custom Models.
• Additional Languages: Python or Java (preferred).
• Automation: Microsoft Power Automate for workflow integration.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills for executive-level presentations.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability to changing client expectations.
• AI-native mindset with eagerness to innovate.
• Solid full-stack fundamentals as the technical foundation.
