About the Position
QA Automation Engineers play an important role in maintaining software quality, performance, and reliability through automated testing practices. This position involves developing scalable test solutions, validating application features, and supporting smooth product releases.
This role focuses on protecting product quality by making sure applications are stable, reliable, and ready for customers. You will work with developers, product teams, and engineers to validate features, report issues, and strengthen quality across web apps, APIs, and microservices.
The role includes designing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, building automation frameworks, and supporting release validation activities. You will help enhance test coverage, improve QA processes, and embed automation into scalable CI/CD pipelines.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable addressing complex quality issues, improving automation workflows, and encouraging better quality engineering practices across teams.
