About the Position

HelixWeb Corporation, an international management company providing a full range of services for business development and management, is seeking a Financial Controller. The company helps businesses scale, optimize processes, and find new opportunities for growth.

The team specializes in supporting M&A transactions, consulting on strategic development, and attracting verified private and corporate investors. They support clients at all stages - from the acquisition and merger of companies to their restructuring and sale.

Responsibilities

Management of cash flows (accounts receivable and payable of companies)
Work with bank accounts (ordering, quality and cost analysis of work, control of request closures)
Financial modeling and monitoring the implementation of financial model results
Internal audit of the financial part of the project, formalization of processes and their refinement if necessary

Requirements

Experience as a financial specialist/accountant/treasurer/auditor for at least 2 years
Experience in cash flow management
Experience with bank accounts or in the banking sector
Experience with B2B contracts (Marketing, SaaS, IT, etc.)
Experience interacting with international companies and understanding the financial/tax specifics of different jurisdictions
Skills in working with 1С (or equivalents) and ERP systems
Upper-intermediate English

Nice to Have

Experience in internal or external audit
Financial modeling skills
