About the Position

Фінансовий контролер (Financial Controller)

Our partner is an innovative product company operating at the intersection of FinTech and Investment Management. Due to the company's growth, we are seeking a Financial Controller who will become a key business partner for the CEO and will be responsible for building an effective system of financial planning, analysis, and control, ensuring the company's financial stability, optimizing liquidity, and establishing a transparent management reporting system.

Reports to CEO

Main Tasks

• Development and control of the company's consolidated budget;
• Monthly plan-fact analysis (Variance Analysis), identification, and explanation of deviations;
• Control of the targeted use of funds by company divisions;
• Liquidity management: forecasting and managing cash flows (Cash Flow Management / Cash Flow Forecasting);
• Control of account balances, prevention of cash shortages;
• Working capital optimization;
• Formation of management reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet;
• Calculation and monitoring of key financial and operational metrics (KPIs);
• Presentation of financial results to top management and providing recommendations based on reports;
• Financial modeling: building, updating, and stress-testing financial business models;
• Assessment of the financial effectiveness of new products, investment instruments, and marketing campaigns;
• Scenario analysis of platform development (Best/Worst/Base case).

Expectations for Candidates

• Experience of 3-5 years in financial control, corporate finance, FP&A, or audit;
• Experience in Big 4 as a Financial Consultant or Financial Analyst is a significant advantage;
• Higher education in finance, economics, or mathematics;
• Deep understanding of financial and managerial accounting principles (knowledge of IFRS is a plus);
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, complex formulas, Power Query, macros is a plus);
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, systemic thinking, and proactive approach.
