Financial Controller

About the Position

We are seeking a Financial Controller to manage expenses, budgets, and financial reporting for our company, contributing to strategic projects and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of expenses and key financial indicators of the business line.
• Budget execution control (OPEX, CAPEX), deviation analysis, and preparation of management explanations.
• Formation of management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, balance sheet, KPI) and analytical materials for management.
• Participation in the budget process: annual planning, forecasting, rolling forecast.
• Implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Control of the payment calendar and compliance of expenses with approved budgets.
• Support for external audits of enterprises in the business line.
• Participation in M&A projects (financial analysis, due diligence, integration into the financial model of the holding).
• Analysis of the effectiveness of investment projects and capital expenditures.
• Participation in the automation of financial processes and the development of ERP/accounting systems in the area of management accounting.

Requirements

• 3 years of work experience (financial controller / financial analyst / auditor).
• Experience in holding or multi-business structures will be an advantage.
• Practical experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and preparation of management reporting.
• Understanding of the principles of IFRS and management accounting.
• Confident level of Excel proficiency, experience with ERP (BAS).
• Developed analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of data, and meet deadlines.
