About the Position

We are seeking a фінансово-адміністративний менеджер to work with grant and service projects for the PPV Economic Development Agency from April 2026. Full-time office work in Lviv and partial remote work is possible.

Responsibilities

Preparation of contracts and acts within ongoing projects;
Preparation and conduct of tender procedures within European grant projects;
Preparation of financial reports for ongoing projects;
Audit procedure for grant projects;
Communication with donors on technical and financial issues;
Search for competitions/programs/tenders for the company, analysis and monitoring of grant opportunities;
Proofreading of program documents (Ukrainian/English) - conditions of competitions, open calls, programs;
Work on various grant program and donor portals during application submission, project implementation, and reporting;
Preparation of accompanying documents (letters of support, certificates of compliance, experience of the organization/individual members);
Preparation of project budgets;
Preparation of documents for participation in Prozorro auctions and other tender procedures.

Requirements

Experience in administering grant and service projects (at least 3 years is preferred);
Experience in preparing project financial reports;
English proficiency level - at least intermediate;
Proficient written Ukrainian;
Proficient user of MS Office.

Nice to Have

Experience in preparing grant applications (including budgets, logic-structure matrices);
Knowledge of major taxation systems;
Knowledge of tender procedures within both Ukrainian legislation and the EU (PRAG);
Management skills - project management, task delegation, working with contractors, teamwork.

We Offer

Full-time employment in the PPV office in Lviv (Business Hub), with the possibility of partial remote work;
Market salary - 42,000 UAH (with agreed performance indicators);
Probation period - 2 months (salary – 25,000 UAH/month);
Continuous professional development, participation in internal and external training events.
