About the Position
We are seeking an active and skilled communicator to join the PPV Agency. The role involves preparing publications for websites and social media, working with various audiences, and being interested in the themes and directions of the PPV Agency. This position requires teamwork with other communicators.
Topics of communication: economy - businesses, communities, institutions, creative industries - businesses and institutions, projects in the field of cultural heritage and cultural policies, as well as innovations, sustainability, financing, and intersectoral interaction.
Responsibilities
- Fill company websites: prepare descriptions of services and projects in the portfolio, news;
- SMM agency: manage company pages on social networks: Facebook of PPV Agency and RES-POL project, Instagram, YouTube, potentially later LinkedIn and Telegram;
- Participate in content creation: writing and adapting various texts for publications;
- Work with internal company systems (contact databases);
- Assist in the execution of other communication tasks (helping organize events, setting up ads, etc.);
- Potentially (after a certain period) - responsibility for the communication of small projects;
- Participate in strategic and current communication planning, take part in discussions, decision-making, team meetings.
Requirements
- Ability to write simply and interestingly on complex topics;
- Ability to select visual materials for publications;
- Literacy and attentiveness, timeliness;
- Understanding of how social networks are structured and work;
- Understanding how to work with different target audiences;
- Knowledge or willingness to understand how CMS (WordPress, Google Sites) are structured and work.
Skills in working with contractors (designers, photographers, etc.), as well as experience with email marketing, will be a plus.
We Offer
- Full-time employment in the PPV office in Lviv (Business Hub), possibility to work remotely (partially);
- Market salary - 42,000 UAH (with agreed performance indicators);
- Probation period – 2 months (payment – 20,000 UAH/month);
