About the Position
We are seeking a Fitness Instructor GRX to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities include teaching group classes and planning exercise programs.
Conditions
- Total salary: AED 10,000 (including housing, transport, and all other allowances)
- Working hours: 100 hours per month of group class teaching, 48-hour working week
- Annual leave: 30 days paid annual leave after 12 months of employment
- Airfare: covered by Employer
- Probation period: 6 months
- Accommodation: Possible salary advance for the first month for own accommodation payment (deductible from salary in 3 installments)
- Possibility of private sessions outside the studio facilities: to be arranged and managed by the Company
Responsibilities
- Teach group classes as per qualification, experience, and studio schedule.
- Plan and prepare exercise programs for group classes on a weekly basis.
- Deliver energetic and engaging classes in English.
- Monitor and correct exercises during classes.
- Track and support client progress.
- Participate in internal team meetings.
- Participate in company-organized events from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a relevant field.
- Experience teaching group classes.
- Experience working as a full-time employee in a gym or studio.
- Certificates in GRX and a high degree preferably in sport.
