Fleet Operations Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to manage fleet efficiency, oversee vehicle maintenance, and ensure compliance with FoodTech standards in our Last Mile logistics.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Management: Organization, scheduling, and supervision of vehicle inspections, services, and repairs.
• Cost Control and Pricing: Review, audit, and verification of repair estimates within the designated operational framework.
• Partner and Supplier Relations: Ongoing contact with service providers, parts suppliers (working on the Inter Cars platform), and long-term rental companies (CFM) regarding vehicle breakdown reports and repair statuses.
• FoodTech Standard Supervision: Monitoring temperature regime based on daily reports and ensuring vehicles are fully prepared for deliveries to couriers.
• Administration and Data Digitization: Maintaining vehicle records in the fleet system (e.g., Ecologic) and operational analytics on Google Sheets.
• User Support: Responding to ongoing needs and service requests from drivers and field coordinators.
• Operational Support: Aligning fleet tasks with the current priorities of the Logistics Department.

Requirements

• Experience: Experience in fleet, service, or logistics (individuals with up to 1 year of experience in a similar position will also be considered).
• Technical Knowledge: Practical knowledge of the construction of passenger and commercial vehicles (LCV) and the principles of their proper technical maintenance.
• Tools: Proficiency in working with Google Sheets/Excel; knowledge of the Inter Cars platform and telematic/fleet systems (e.g., Ecologic) is a significant advantage.
• Mobility: A category B driver's license and willingness to occasionally travel to our regional hubs.
