We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer.

Responsibilities

• Managing the complete software development process from conception to delivery.
• Taking responsibility for all development work and ownership of complete quality control of services.
• Owning risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the architecture.
• Enable the business units by supplying a rapidly deliverable solution architecture.
• Understand the team's capabilities and engage where necessary to promote lead practice and learning.
• Owning, democratizing the High-Level Architecture and keeping it well documented.
• Attending meetings with peers and other functions to meet the tight deadlines.
• Staying up to date with new technology and teaching other developers how to incorporate recent trends.
• Deliver and guide the design of the infrastructure.
• Responsible for the quality of the project deliverables against requirements.
• Build internal confidence and ensure team success with solid technical skills and knowledge, hands-on implementation capabilities, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, reliability, and commitment to delivering quality.
• Mentor team members (developers) to acquire your knowledge while growing into a more senior role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B / B2C Digital Commerce.
• Experience in the installation, design, and implementation of Digital Commerce Systems.
• Experience in onshore/offshore specification/documentation style, agile and hybrid implementation methodologies with the different organization structures around them.
• Experience in JavaScript development and enhancement, customization of Micro-Service driven architecture based on Node. JS.
• Experience with search engines, message queues, and in-memory caching.
• Experience with REST APIs (preferably Stateless) and exposing data repositories via APIs on Magento.
• Experience with headless/abstract architectures in terms of back-end and front-end communication.
• Worked on "web-speed" development (weekly releases) and are comfortable managing teams/projects with tight deadlines and short release cycles.
• Worked with open source technologies React, Node.JS.
• Worked with both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.JS) teams / technologies.
• Experience implementing tools, processes, internal instrumentation, methodologies, and resolving blockages.
• Understanding what Omni-Channel Commerce means.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent sense of prioritization and time management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
