About the Team

Our team focuses on transforming business processes through Artificial Intelligence, automation, and cloud technologies. We design and develop AI-powered solutions that help organizations automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, improve employee productivity, and unlock value from business data.

We leverage modern technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and custom web applications to deliver intelligent automation solutions across various business functions.

Responsibilities

Support the development of web applications used for AI-powered business process automation.
Build and maintain frontend and backend components for automation solutions.
Develop APIs and integrations between enterprise systems and AI services.
Assist in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities into applications and workflows.
Work with data, documents, and business systems to enable intelligent process automation.
Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BSc/BEng) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
Familiarity with React or another modern frontend framework.
Basic understanding of backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Familiarity with Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Python.
Understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, or Prompt Engineering concepts.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.
Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with personal, academic, or hackathon projects involving AI or automation.
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD concepts.

Recruitment Process

Screening Meeting

Our screening meeting will last about 20-30 minutes. We will ask you about our areas of interest and will be happy to field any questions you may have.

Hiring Manager Review

Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application. There’s nothing for you to do at this stage - we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.

Technical Meetings

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.

Final Decision

At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
