Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Consulting

Participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects following the SAP Activate methodology (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy).
Analyze and optimize HR, Payroll, and Time Management processes.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and process design sessions with business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Advise clients on best practices related to Payroll and Time Management processes.

Payroll Implementation & Configuration

Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Design and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll structures.
Support the implementation of legal and collective agreement requirements.
Analyze existing payroll processes and drive process harmonization and standardization initiatives.

Time Management & Time Tracking

Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and/or Time Tracking solutions.
Design and optimize time recording, attendance, absence, and work schedule processes.
Support the integration of time management solutions with payroll and HR processes.
Analyze business requirements related to working time regulations, shift models, and workforce scheduling.
Ensure accurate payroll-relevant time data processing across systems.

Integration & Solution Design

Support integrations between: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking, External Time Management systems, SAP FI/CO and other enterprise applications.
Ensure consistent end-to-end HR, Time, and Payroll processes within the system landscape.

Testing & Enablement

Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support cutover activities, parallel payroll runs, and go-live preparations.
Deliver training sessions, knowledge transfer, and system demonstrations.
Support business users during deployment and hypercare phases.
Contribute to proposal preparation and solution design concepts.
Support customer presentations and solution demonstrations.
Participate in pre-sales workshops and demo scenario preparation.

Requirements

Must-Have

Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including: Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management and/or Time Tracking.
Strong experience in Payroll and/or Time Management implementation projects.
Excellent knowledge of: Payroll customization (schemas, rules, wage types), Time Management and Time Tracking processes, HR process analysis and solution design.
Good understanding of German payroll and labor law requirements.
Experience in SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects.
Fluent German and English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience integrating Time Management solutions with Payroll.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Experience conducting workshops, testing activities, and stakeholder consulting.
Experience working in complex HR ecosystems with multiple legal entities and integrations.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Workforce Management processes.

Preferred Certifications

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Application Associate.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and/or Time Tracking Certification.

Recruitment Process
