About the Position

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (JS) to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and contribute to our high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will help architect and deliver robust, high-quality software across the full technology stack. You will work alongside a skilled group of professionals to create solutions that generate meaningful business impact and fuel our ongoing expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Build, engineer, and sustain scalable software solutions spanning both front-end and back-end components
  • Produce clean, efficient, and well-structured code in line with established best practices and standards
  • Take part in code reviews to uphold quality, consistency, and alignment with architectural principles
  • Diagnose, debug, and fix issues throughout the application stack in a prompt manner
  • Engage in technical design conversations and contribute to shaping solution architecture for upcoming features
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA, to ship high-quality software
  • Track application performance and drive enhancements to boost reliability and scalability
  • Guide and support junior developers, fostering team growth and technical proficiency

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in full stack development
  • Strong command of Java for developing reliable back-end applications
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus, and Apache Camel frameworks
  • Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with Node.js and frameworks such as ReactJS, NestJS, and AngularJS
  • Understanding of messaging systems, including Kafka and RabbitMQ
  • Understanding of REST and SOAP API development
  • Working knowledge of version control systems, such as Git
  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Understanding of API Gateways and Kubernetes clusters
  • Experience integrating with SAP S/4 or RFC Protocol
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-ready development, and event-driven design
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
