Job Description

• You build it, you run it: Defining requirements? Architecture? Implementation in frontend and backend? Here you shape it! We implement not only good features for our customers but also own them and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• AI-Driven Development: You actively use AI technologies to solve tasks efficiently. You enjoy experimenting with new technologies and integrating them into our experience comparison to guarantee the best customer experience.
• Your code stands for efficiency: You develop high-performance applications and scalable architecture. Your code is SOLID, yet functional.
• Automation is key: With CI/CD pipelines, linting, tests, and a modern monitoring stack, you ensure lasting high quality.
• Ideas are welcome: Do you have ideas on how we can improve our product, processes, or workflows? We can challenge and co-create everything here!

Requirements

• Practical Experience: Several years of experience with various technologies such as PHP, Go, Next.js/React.
• Fullstack Mindset: You can get excited about implementing end-to-end features with new technologies. You don't need to master all technologies, but you must be willing to learn.
• AI Knowledge: You have already worked with AI tools like Cursor and are familiar with terms like LLM, MCP, or RAG.
• Team Player: You have a team spirit, show initiative, and enjoy building something new in a dynamic environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and very good English skills.
