Fullstack Senior Software Developer and Tester

Location: Monchique, Portugal | Worldwide (Remote)

About the Position

We are seeking a Fullstack Senior Software Developer and Tester with expertise in backend development, QA, and test automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project coordination, and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document activities related to the adaptation and migration of an Identity Provider (IDP) system.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project structures and documentation in Confluence.
• Identify, contact, and document all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Organize and maintain communication channels for efficient collaboration.
• Act as Product Owner for backend development teams, translating requirements, and ensuring quality assurance.
• Define and execute end-to-end (E2E) test plans and test cases.
• Develop and manage test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Plan and coordinate database migrations, implementation, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain backend micro-services using Java (Springboot) and NodeJS (GraphQL).
• Validate software requirements and coordinate between stakeholders.
• Automate testing and simulation processes.
• Develop frontend applications using NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Provide technical consulting in search engine optimization (SEO).

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and testing.
• Strong background in backend development, QA, and test automation.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring Security, and various cloud databases.
• Proficiency in tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Fluent in Arabic, German, English, and French.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OAuth 2.0, RAG, GitHub Copilot, and Helm.
• Knowledge of SAFe, Scrum Methodology, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
