We are seeking a skilled technology professional to deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves supporting day-to-day AMS activities by resolving functional issues and assisting business users.

Responsibilities

• Resolve functional tickets (L2 support)
• Support modules:
  • Item & Foundation
  • Inventory & Replenishment
  • Pricing & Costing
• Assist in data validation and corrections
• Work with tech team for issue resolution
• Support UAT and small changes
• Interact with business users for issue clarification

Requirements

• Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes
• Exposure to MFCS screens and flows.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of SQL (preferred)
