We are seeking a skilled technology professional to deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role is for an experienced Oracle Retail Functional Lead to manage AMS support for MFCS and associated modules, ensuring smooth business operations and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMS functional support (L2/L3)
• Handle complex business issues and escalations
• Provide support across:
  • Item & Foundation Data
  • Inventory & Replenishment
  • Pricing & Costing
  • ReSA / ReIM
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
• Coordinate with technical team for data fixes
• Support UAT
• Guide business users and conduct trainings
• Ensure SLA compliance and reporting

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge of MFCS modules
• Experience in retail finance flow (ReSA/ReIM/Stock Ledger)
• Good understanding of retail business processes
• Ability to handle client communication
