Funnel Optimization Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Funnel Optimization Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in iGaming, Betting, Affiliate Marketing, or Media Buying. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end funnels from traffic acquisition to repeat deposits.
• Evaluate traffic quality and user journeys across all acquisition channels.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Optimize the Traffic → Landing Page → Registration → First Deposit → Retention funnel.
• Develop and implement growth hypotheses together with the Traffic, Product, Retention, and Country teams.
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented funnel improvements.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify industry best practices.
• Evaluate the business impact of product and marketing changes.
• Audit creatives, landing pages, targeting, and user scenarios to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests in collaboration with Product, Traffic, and Retention teams.
• Prepare product and retention improvement requirements for development teams.
• Provide recommendations for funnel localization and optimization across different GEOs.
• Track the implementation of approved initiatives and measure their results.
• Prepare analytical reports, insights, and recommendations for Country Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Core Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, Affiliate Marketing, or Media Buying.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.
  • Experience analyzing traffic, advertising campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys.
  • Solid understanding of key performance metrics, including CTR, CPM, CPA, eCPA, Reg2FD, FD2RD, Retention, LTV, and ROI.
  • Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience developing business hypotheses and preparing requirements for cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Traffic, Retention, and Country teams.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working across multiple GEOs will be considered a strong advantage.
