Gamification Manager

About the Position

Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. We are looking for a Gamification Manager to join our team and help us develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS, and Back-office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention, and lifetime value;
• Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities;
• Create and manage gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs;
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging player experiences;
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative gamification solutions;
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign performance and player insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Gamification, CRM, Product Marketing, Retention, or a related role within iGaming;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, player segmentation, and retention metrics;
• Hands-on experience managing gamification tools, campaigns, and engagement mechanics;
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
