Building-services planning office, approx. 20 staff, Kanton Zug.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing design across SIA phases 31 to 51
• Sizing according to SIA 385/1 and SVGW W3
• Drinking-water hygiene concepts according to VDI 6023
• Tendering, cost estimates and working drawings
• Coordination with heating, ventilation and sprinkler design

Requirements

Must-have criteria

• Gebäudetechnikplaner Sanitär EFZ or Sanitärinstallateur EFZ with design experience
• At least 3 years of plumbing design in a planning office
• Confident with Plancal Nova
• German B2

An advantage

• Revit experience
• Sprinkler or fire-protection knowledge
• dipl. Techniker HF training planned

We Offer

• Pensum 80-100%, 13th monthly salary
• Revit training in the first six months
• Short distances: office in the centre of Zug
• dipl. Techniker HF co-funded and possible at a reduced Pensum

Projects

Apartment blocks, commercial buildings and schools, plumbing share up to CHF 3 million

Software and standards

• Software: Plancal Nova, AutoCAD, Revit
• Standards: SIA 385/1, SVGW W3, VDI 6023
