Position Summary

Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails, and tickets).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with players
• Solve player problems
• Provide excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to easily adapt in a constantly evolving environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated
• Full-time availability
• High School Diploma preferred but not required
• Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico
