Our Operations Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the Finance teams work together to achieve outstanding business results.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Global Graduate Programme.
• Develop commercial skills and understand market dynamics.
• Work in Corporate Finance and Commercial Finance.
• Manage diverse projects.
• Engage in international experience opportunities.
• Attend global leadership training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Finance or related area.
• A maximum of 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experience.
• Driven, ambitious and proactive.
• An inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with business partners at all levels.
• Able to bring both an analytical attitude and a creative problem-solving & growth mindset approach.
• Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
• Excel advanced level, Microsoft Power Point advanced level.
• International Experience is considered as a plus.
