We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limitation is human imagination. And now we are looking for a User Acquisition Lead who is ready to join us and create it together with us. The role can be focused on one of the areas - Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) or Google Ads - depending on your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Scale paid acquisition in your direction (App + Web) with a focus on business results.
• Lead a team of UA managers, ensuring effective prioritization of tasks, team development, and achieving performance goals.
• Build a systemic approach to testing (hypotheses, experiment design, interpretation of results).
• Develop an automation-first approach (auto-rules, AI tools).
• Build effective interaction with Google CSM to find new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) or Google Ads with cases of multiple traffic scaling and maintaining efficiency at scale.
• Experience in building and developing effective teams.
• Experience using AI/automation tools to increase campaign efficiency and scale.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and unit economics.

Nice to Have

• Experience working at Genesis, SKELAR, or other large product tech companies.
• Experience in Big4 or leading consulting firms.
