About the Position

We are looking for a Google UA Manager (RnD) to join our remote-first team. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing demand generation campaigns, leveraging Google Ads and analytics.

Responsibilities

Competitive and market research and insights generation
Full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy (from research to scaling)
Audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research
Setup, optimization, and scaling of demand generation campaigns
A/B testing: developing hypotheses, analyzing results, identifying learnings, and implementing rollouts
Building and automating campaign structures and workflows
Analytical insights reporting (not just numbers - insights → actions)
Proactively collaborate with internal teams (product and creative)
Escalating and handling Google support tickets for policy limitations
Sharing expertise, insights, and knowledge across the team

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Google Ads
Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns
Professional use of Google Ads Editor
Experience working with Birch
A strong analytical mindset and data handling skills are a plus

Nice to Have

Experience using AI for operational automation and testing
A strong understanding of product funnels and analytics would be a plus
Experience building or improving acquisition processes
Familiarity with performance reporting and BI dashboards (e.g., Looker)
