Graduate Equipment Maintenance Engineer– Test

About the Position

We are seeking a Graduate Equipment Maintenance Engineer– Test to join our team at Renesas in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing automated test systems to ensure reliable operation and achievement of production and quality targets in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, repair, and safely store load boards following anti-static protocols.
• Clean sockets, replace contact pins, ensure smooth operation, and track usage data.
• Swap change kits, inspect for wear, organize parts, and update inventory logs.
• Set up, debug, and optimize hardware to minimize downtime, maximize yield, and manage inventory.
• Drive yield improvement via data analysis and support new product testing activities.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage.
