About the Position
We are excited to announce the Graduate Recruitment Programme 2026 at RSM Eastern Africa, located in our Kampala Office. This program is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about a career in audit and assurance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in audit and assurance projects
- Collaborate with experienced professionals
- Develop skills in accounting and financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (graduated within the last 2 years)
- CPA or ACCA qualifications (an added advantage)
- Display the RSM DNA: curious, caring, collaborative, critical thinker, and courageous
