About the Position
Kharkiv IT Cluster is an international technological community that operates on regional, national, and international levels, uniting business, education, and professional communities around the development of the technological business ecosystem. We organize events that bring together IT business, education, authorities, and professional communities. Our events include conferences, community meetings, educational events, forums, and presentations of new initiatives.
We are looking for a Grants Manager to join our Kharkiv IT Cluster team. The ideal candidate will not only write grant applications but also have the ability to see the bigger picture-structuring ideas, coordinating implementation, building partnerships, and making projects that change the industry.
Responsibilities
- Finding relevant grant opportunities (education, innovation, etc.)
- Preparing applications and budgets
- Supporting the implementation of grant projects and reporting
- Maintaining and developing partnerships
- Participating in the development of new meaningful initiatives of the Cluster
Requirements
- Experience in writing grant applications and working in fundraising
- Ability to present ideas in writing, formulate concepts, and create structure
- Experience in communicating with donors, partners, and the team
- Comfortable with multitasking, taking initiative independently
- Proficiency in Google Docs, CRM, time trackers, and presentation tools
- Desire to see the impact of their work and grow professionally
