Graphic Designer - Junior Executive

We are seeking a talented Junior Executive – Graphic Designer to join our Agile Studio - GBC team in Noida, India. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration.

About the Role

As a Junior Executive – Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in creating high-impact creative assets that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with Agile Studio leadership, account managers, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop impactful deal support templates that align with brand guidelines.
• Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, booklets, booth graphics, standees, posters, and infographics.
• Create digital assets including whitepapers, case studies, banners, emailers, and campaign materials.
• Design social media creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and website advertisements.
• Format and enhance presentations for client meetings and internal leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visual communication solutions.
• Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to organizational branding and quality standards.

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the creative design field.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, HTML, and AI-powered design tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing creative requirements and visual storytelling principles.
