Graphic Designer - Junior Executive

We are seeking a talented Junior Executive – Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Cognizant Corporate in Noida, India. This role offers a Hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration.

About the Role

As a Junior Executive – Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in creating high-impact creative assets that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. You will work closely with the Agile Studio - GBC team, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver compelling visual solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop impactful deal support templates and marketing collateral.
Design digital assets for various platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
Create social media creatives and enhance presentations for client meetings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into visual communication solutions.
Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to organizational branding and quality standards.

Requirements

Core Skills

3-5 years of experience in creative design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Canva, Figma, HTML, and AI-powered design tools.
Understanding of digital marketing creative requirements and visual storytelling principles.

Language

Advanced proficiency in English.
