About the Position

We are seeking a GRC Program Manager to lead SAP-GRC initiatives, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance in a remote role.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for the implementation of SAP-GRC initiatives: Oversee schedules and ensure compliance requirements are met on time.
Coordinate internal and external audits: Collect evidence, support Control Owners, and successfully implement measures.
Develop SAP governance, risk, and compliance frameworks: Ensure sustainable compliance with regulatory requirements.
Evaluate SAP, IT, and third-party risks: Maintain a risk register and track risk minimization measures.
Optimize SAP GRC processes and tools: Focus on audit, authorization, and risk management areas.
Create management reports, KPIs, and risk metrics: Present complex compliance topics in an understandable manner.

Experience in managing and successfully implementing cross-departmental projects and stakeholder management between IT and business units.
Experience in leading and supporting audits in the SAP environment (e.g., SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001) from planning to successful completion.
Practical experience in SAP GRC, IT compliance, and information security, particularly in risk analysis, audits, policy management, and measure tracking.
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and common governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational measures and address different stakeholders appropriately.
Fluent English skills in speech and writing.
