About the Position
GTM Enablement Program Manager - Solutions & Product
At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform-we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention-but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.
When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities-ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.
Responsibilities
- Design Learning Journeys: Build structured, multi-modal learning paths and field playbooks for core platform releases, data capabilities, and AI-driven solution features.
- Enable the Full GTM Engine: Map product capabilities to role-specific behaviors: equipping SDRs on pain-point messaging, AEs on value-based discovery, SEs on technical architecture/demo execution, and Services on platform adoption, value realization, and expansion.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Product, PMM, and GTM Leadership to translate product roadmaps into business-ready GTM launches and field certifications.
- Facilitate & Certify: Deliver high-impact interactive workshops, demo practice sessions, and knowledge checks in person and virtually that build field confidence and certified fluency.
- Drive Strategic Program Management: Apply disciplined project management capabilities to manage workstreams, keep multi-stakeholder initiatives on track, and ensure consistent global delivery.
- Measure Business Outcomes: Analyze enablement data against full-lifecycle GTM metrics (e.g., ramp velocity, win rates, demo conversion, multi-product adoption, and NRR) to prove ROI and iterate continuously.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in sales enablement, technical enablement, or GTM learning design within an enterprise SaaS, Data, or platform environment.
- Proven track record as an enablement practitioner, demonstrated ability to build end-to-end enablement plans, design adult learning journeys, and measure business impact.
- Working knowledge or functional expertise in SaaS platform architectures, enterprise data integration/analytics, and applied AI capabilities.
- Experience enabling multi-role GTM teams (SDR, AE, SE, CSM, AM) on persona-based selling, industry alignment, and technical solution messaging.
- Strong program management capability used as a discipline to execute complex, multi-stakeholder enablement initiatives on schedule.
- Exemplary cross-functional stakeholder management skills-ability to partner effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing leadership.
- Experience delivering dynamic training experiences in person and virtually, with facilitation skills that drive field engagement.
Nice to Have
- Prior background in field enablement, pre-sales (Solution Engineering), Customer Success, or Product Marketing.
- Formal background or certifications in curriculum development, adult learning methodologies, or sales methodologies.
- Experience in or knowledge of Market Research, Customer Experience (CX), and/or Employee Experience (EX).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
We Offer
- Competitive salary, performance bonuses, generous 401(k) Match
- Wellness Reimbursement for $300 per quarter for wellness activities including gym memberships, spa massages, workout equipment, meditation apps, and much more.
- Unlimited Sick Days
- Amazing QGroup Communities; MOSAIQ, Green Team, Qualtrics Pride, Q&Able, Qualtrics Salute, and Women’s Leadership Development, which exist as places for support, allyship, and advocacy.
