About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our international high-tech consultancy firm in Milan, Italy.
Responsibilities
- Design of the schematics
- PCB layout
- EMC compliance and integration of specific sensors and actuators
- Support of prototyping and validation activities
Requirements
- Master degree in Electronics Engineering or similar disciplines
- Strong preparation in digital and analog electronics
- Good knowledge of circuit simulation tools
- Good understanding of electronic measuring instruments
- Knowledge of Altium or similar tools
- Good knowledge of the Italian and English languages
- Strong motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
We Offer
The position provides a permanent employment contract and a Gross Annual Income (RAL) of at least €31,000, in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) Trade – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC strives to offer a competitive benefits package. After the selection process, and upon evaluation of the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final RAL higher than the amount mentioned above.
In line with our business model, the final benefits package also includes:
- A component of participation in the profit of the project
- An individual annual budget for training and professional development of €4,000 net
- An annual welfare credit
