About the Position
We are looking for a Head to join our team in Poland on a hybrid basis. This role involves leading the global licensing strategy and compliance for our gambling operations.
Responsibilities
- Leading the process of obtaining new gambling licenses.
- Supporting the company’s operations under existing gambling licenses.
- Ensuring compliance with global gambling licensing requirements.
- Developing, reviewing, and updating gambling policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Higher legal education.
- 3+ years of senior-level experience in iGaming / gambling / betting, including leadership responsibility.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Proven end-to-end experience in obtaining gambling licenses, both international and local.
- In-depth knowledge of licensing regimes in Curaçao, Anjouan, and Tobique.
- Hands-on experience managing both B2B and B2C gambling licenses.
- Established professional relationships with regulators, licensing authorities, and key industry providers.
- Ability to define and execute a global licensing roadmap.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
