About the Position

A professional licensed broker and market leader with 15 years of experience is looking for a caring and detail-oriented professional to join the team as the Head of Customer Support Department in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

Conducting tenders for the renewal of existing contracts
Preparing analytics for current contracts
Managing and supporting existing client agreements
Providing phone consultations and communicating with clients
Supporting clients on insurance-related matters
Working with documentation and databases

Candidate Requirements

Higher education
Experience in insurance or the medical field (will be an advantage)
Fluent Ukrainian language skills
Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
