Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects within the E-commerce & Retail business practice
• Expanding the project portfolio by attracting new clients and developing current clients
• Working with customers in the role of project manager, including planning, execution and monitoring of projects
• Customer account management: maintaining and developing long-term relationships with current customers
• Identification of customer needs and problems, counselling on services provided
• Liaising with other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects
• In case of portfolio growth – development of the team structure working with this portfolio of projects

Requirements

• IT experience: 5 years or more
• Project management: 3 years
• Role experience: Project Manager or Account Manager in IT companies
• Subject area understanding: E-commerce and retail
• Communication skills: High written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focus: Ability to identify customer needs, manage conflict situations, handle claims
• Analytical skills: High analytical skills
• Strategic planning: High strategic planning skills
• Process development: Willingness to develop and implement new processes and methodologies
• Multitasking: Ability to work under multitasking and tight deadlines
• Language: English at Upper Intermediate level and above
