Head of Finance at Event Agency

About the Position

We are seeking a Head of Finance to manage financial operations, budgeting, and strategic financial decisions for our event agency.

Responsibilities

• Building P&L and economics of concerts and events;
• Financial evaluation of new projects, scenario modeling, and break-even analysis;
• Budgeting, planning, and forecasting cash flows;
• Plan-fact analysis;
• Controlling margins, costs, and financial terms of contracts;
• Consolidation of finances of multiple legal entities;
• Managing accounts receivable and payable;
• Accounting for investments and advances to partners;
• Working with multi-currency flows and international taxation;
• Controlling partner settlements and financial results of projects;
• Financial support for management: profitability, risks, need for funds;
• Managing Finance Manager / Accountant;
• Developing and automating financial reporting and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, with 2-3 years at the level of Head of Finance / Finance Director / Deputy CFO;
• Strong experience with P&L, budgeting, financial modeling, cash flows, and controlling;
• Experience in consolidating multiple legal entities;
• Experience in calculating the economics of individual projects;
• Understanding of balance sheets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable;
• Management experience;
• Systems thinking and a strong understanding of business;
• English – B1/B2+.

Nice to Have

Experience in events / concerts / entertainment / production / ticketing, particularly understanding the economics of concerts: artist fees, production, advertising, royalties, partner models, and international payments.

Also, experience with WHT/DTT and automating financial reporting will be a plus.
