Manage the HR department, establish priorities, and coordinate individual tasks;
Create a HR strategic plan and coordinate the development of all HR activities;
Participate in the development of the organization structure;
Apply personnel motivation instruments;
Modify the compensation policy and benefits to create a competitive program while adhering to legal requirements;
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, safety, and recreation programs;
Identify vacant positions, organize recruitment activities, and ensure a proper match between personnel and job descriptions;
Plan and implement the orientation process for new employees;
Provide employees with information on policies, culture, internal communication, work conditions, salary, promotion opportunities, and benefits;
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems;
Coach managers on organizational policy issues;
Track personnel costs.
