Head of Influence Marketing

About the Position

Growe is seeking a Head of Influence Marketing to lead global influencer and creator marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute the global influencer and creator marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable revenue growth;
• Create and own global/regional Influence Marketing strategy, aligning it directly with overall brand goals, product launches, and key performance indicators;
• Manage and optimize the influencer marketing budget, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) and providing transparent forecasting and allocation reports to the executive team;
• Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, content formats, technology, and competitor influence strategies to maintain a competitive advantage;
• Establish and enforce best practices for influencer vetting, contract negotiation, content disclosure, and regulatory compliance;
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Influence Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role;
• Experience working in iGaming;
• Proven experience developing and executing influencer marketing strategies;
• Experience managing influencer campaigns across global markets;
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, CAC, engagement, conversions);
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance;
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading a team;
• Ability to identify new trends, platforms, and growth opportunities;
• English level - at least Upper-Intermediate;
• Spanish - will be a plus.
