Head of IT Infrastructure & Security (m/w/d)

SOLCOM GmbH, a leading specialist for project staffing in IT and Engineering, is seeking an experienced leader for a key position in our IT & Transformation department. As part of the successful House of HR Group, we are committed to driving growth, innovation, and digitalization.

Location: Reutlingen, DE (with potential for hybrid models in Karlsruhe or Stuttgart)

Salary: 90.000 – 120.000 EUR/Jahr

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the teams for IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Helpdesk.
• Ensure the secure and stable operation of our IT infrastructure and communication systems.
• Drive the transformation from a traditional on-premises landscape to a modern Azure Cloud environment.
• Manage and support key IT projects related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and digitalization.
• Continuously improve our information security and ensure the implementation of security standards and IT policies according to ISO 27001.
• Collaborate closely with our departments, internal development team, and House of HR.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or IT Security.
• Several years of leadership experience in a modern IT organization, preferably in the service sector.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, ideally Azure.
• Experience with modern IT, cloud, and security processes and automation.
• Knowledge in information security, compliance, and preferably ISO 27001.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with business requirements.
• Structured work approach, strong communication skills, and a high level of service orientation.
