About the Position
Head of KAM / Key Account Management Lead

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to head the Key Account Management function in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Location: Europe (business trips across the EU & UK)
Responsibilities
- Increase LTV and revenue from key clients
- Hit retention and growth targets
- Identify new opportunities for upselling and expansion
- Negotiate with top-tier B2B clients
- Oversee client service quality at every stage of the relationship
- Lead and manage the KAM team: set KPIs, coach, evaluate performance
- Optimize internal processes and remove operational bottlenecks
- Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1+) and Ukrainian
- Willingness to travel across the EU and UK
- 2+ years as a KAM Lead / Head of Account Management
- Proven experience leading teams in fintech with high-risk clients
- Strong grasp of B2B client management on international markets
- Solid background in building and optimizing client service processes
