About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Legal Department to lead our legal team and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contract Management: Overseeing all contracts and agreements.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
- Negotiation: Handling negotiations with partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Legal Compliance: Expertise in legal compliance and regulations.
- Contract Management: Proven experience in managing contracts.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and manage legal risks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the humanitarian sector.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
We Offer
- Competitive salary: 30,000 - 50,000 UAH per month.
