About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Legal Department to ensure compliance and manage legal risks for our retail business in Western Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly;
- Provide and interpret legal information, disseminate appropriate legal requirements;
- Represent and protect the company interests in courts and at different levels of authority, manage progress of outstanding litigation;
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements; assess implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention;
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management and shareholders;
- Provide continuous leadership, supervision, training, and development of department staff ensuring an effective and motivated team.
