About Your Future Role
In the context of a replacement, we are recruiting our future Head of Lottery Cybersecurity for the FDJ UNITED Group. Reporting to the Group Cybersecurity Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the information systems of the France Lottery Business Unit and the International Lottery Business Unit by implementing and deploying cybersecurity and cyber-resilience strategies within your scope, in compliance with the FDJ UNITED Group's cybersecurity framework. Your mission will also include cybersecurity support for B2B activities and cybersecurity governance for subsidiaries attached to these business units, both in France and internationally. Finally, you will ensure the compliance of these business units with applicable standards and norms (ISO 27001, WLA SCS, ANJ, PCI DSS).
Responsibilities
- Implement cybersecurity and cyber-resilience strategies down to the operational level, including the development of the annual roadmap for your scope, in liaison with the Group Cybersecurity Office.
- Ensure the governance of information system security within your scope, relying on the SMSI.
- Oversee the cybersecurity of subsidiaries in the Lottery business units.
- Ensure risk management and control at the right level and implement technical and organizational security measures to achieve security objectives.
- Manage action and remediation plans resulting from risk treatment plans and audits.
- Provide cybersecurity support for systems and applications, from design to exploitation, in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Ensure the renewal of required certifications, approvals, and accreditations within your scope (ISO 27001, WLA SCS, ANJ, PCI DSS).
- Ensure the evaluation of the security level and compliance with the Group's cybersecurity framework, notably through the implementation of the internal IT security audit program and the permanent control plan.
- Manage the organization and budget of the Lottery Cybersecurity department.
- Evaluate and monitor the cybersecurity posture of third parties within your scope in line with the Group's cybersecurity strategy.
- Ensure effective security supervision of your scope by providing the Group CyberSOC with the necessary prerequisites and requirements.
- Manage security incidents and crises within your scope, with the support of Group cybersecurity and IT teams when required, and contribute to the Group's crisis management devices.
- Produce cybersecurity dashboards to ensure clear communication with IT and business teams in the Lottery business units.

Requirements
To perform in this role, we believe you must have:
- A background in computer science or information systems security, with over 10 years of experience in the field of organizational and/or operational information systems security.
- A Bac+5 degree with a specialty in computer science or information systems security and over 10 years of experience in the field of organizational and operational information systems security.
- Mastery of cybersecurity fundamentals and knowledge of industry standards and norms, notably ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and NIST CSF.
- Hold cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc.
- Solid technical knowledge: networks, systems, applications, architecture, infrastructure, security devices.
- Good knowledge of information security solutions, methods, procedures, and best practices, as well as information systems security risk management (ISO 27005, EBIOS Risk Manager, etc.).
- Legal knowledge in computer law related to information systems security and data protection.
- Knowledge in crisis management.
- Fluent English.
- Strong interpersonal intelligence, ability to create and develop your network.
- Influence and leadership skills.
- Good writing, communication, and pedagogical skills.
