Location

• City: Almaty
• Country: Kazakhstan

Responsibilities

• Manage the service center with the prospect of expanding the team to 10+ specialists
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, defects, and returns
• Optimize processes, CRM knowledge
• Manage workload and repair priorities
• Monitor repair efficiency, productivity, and quality

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a service center
  • Experience working with CRM and accounting systems
  • Ability to calculate service indicators and manage a team of 10+ specialists
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in implementing and managing KPIs and SLAs in a service department: repair times, quality, returns, staff workload.

• Secondary Skills (Desirable):

  • Experience in smartphone and/or laptop repair
