About the Position

Head of Sales Hungary (all genders welcome)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Győr site in alignment with the company’s growth objectives
Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team to achieve ambitious business targets
Strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong network of customers, industry partners, and internal and external key stakeholders
Identify market trends, emerging customer needs, and new growth opportunities
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and commercial performance
Lead customer negotiations and support the preparation of customer proposals and contracts
Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence
Monitor sales performance and market developments and provide regular reporting to management
Represent accelis Processing Europe at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Several years of experience in B2B sales within a manufacturing, processing, metals, automotive, or industrial environment
Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop long-term partnerships both internally and externally
Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
Strong intercultural competence with the ability to build trust and lead effectively in an international business environment
Fluency in English and Hungarian, German language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel within Europe as required

About the Company

tk accelis Processing Europe, formerly thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe, is a subsidiary of tk accelis. We employ approximately 1,000 people at our locations from Portugal to Hungary. We are a highly specialized processing company for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. As a supply chain specialist, we ensure seamless supply chains for our customers in the automotive, construction, renewable energy, and many other key industries. We are seeking a Head of Sales (all genders welcome) for our location in Győr, Hungary, which has approximately 40 employees.
