Head of SEO

We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO to join our team and help us create market leaders, develop strong teams, and deliver the best products that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the SEO department in line with business goals.
• Manage the current SEO team of 7 TLs and 50 SEO specialists, ensuring their development and motivation.
• Ensure the department meets its financial targets.
• Interact with external clients and participate in negotiations.
• Build effective communication between different departments within the company.
• Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new opportunities and develop the SEO product.
• Develop and optimize processes.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote the service.
• Publicly represent the company (conferences, interviews, networking).

Requirements

• Successful experience of 3+ years as Head of SEO, Head of Digital, or a manager in a marketing agency.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ people.
• Strategic thinking and vision - ability to develop strategic plans, communicate them to the team, and adhere to long-term goals.
• Strong soft skills - ability to inspire, listen to, and lead the team.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience in negotiations with clients or investors.
• Understanding of numbers, financial planning experience, and responsibility for financial indicators.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in market conditions and respond flexibly to challenges.
• Willingness to implement new ideas, reform the old, grow, and develop with the team.

KPIs in the area of responsibility:

• Department revenue and efficiency.
• OKR fulfillment.
• LT/LTV clients.
• NPS.
