About the Role

In our People, Culture & Organisation department, we actively shape the future of our organization. We develop the framework for a modern, high-performing, and learning company culture and guide our transformation with a clear focus on people, structures, and leadership.

As the Head of Organisational Development, People Development, and Strategic People Business Partnering, you will take on a central key role in our organization. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our organizational and leadership landscape, establish sustainable human resources development approaches, and strengthen the partnership with the business and the works council.

You will combine organizational design, talent and leadership development, change management, and strategic people business partnering into an integrated approach. You will lead a team of four employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of experts in the fields of organisational development, people development, and strategic people business partnering.
• Develop the strategic direction of our department together with the Chief People Officer and derive effective initiatives for organization, leadership, culture, and competence development.
• Shape the development of our organizational and operating models together with management and support the adjustment of structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Accompany company-wide transformation and change processes and ensure the sustainable anchoring of new working methods.
• Be responsible for the conception and implementation of modern leadership, talent, and learning strategies and create the prerequisites for sustainable competence development.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for the executive board, management, and departments on issues of organization, transformation, leadership, and workforce development.
• Develop the strategic people business partnering function and ensure an effective link between the requirements of the business and people topics.
• Lead cross-departmental projects and initiatives for organizational and cultural development.
• Define suitable key performance indicators and success criteria for organizational, development, and transformation measures and derive data-based decisions.
• Observe relevant trends in the areas of leadership, organization, new work, future skills, and artificial intelligence and translate them into practical solutions for our company.

Requirements

• Education: You have a degree in psychology, business administration, organizational development, or a comparable field.
• Experience: You have several years of management experience in the fields of people business partnering, organizational development, or change management. Ideally, you have already worked in the agency, tech, or startup environment and have experience in working with works councils as well as with investors, boards, or shareholders.
• Tool & Method Skills: You are proficient in the application of agile methods, change management approaches, and have extensive experience in coaching as well as a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational psychology.
• Work Approach: You are structured and solution-oriented, think innovatively, and adapt flexibly to new challenges.
• Personality: You are open, approachable, and empathetic, yet strategic, decisive, and convincing in your communication.
• Language: You have very good German and English language skills in speech and writing.
