About the Role

Your Area of Work: Product Management

The Product Management department is responsible for the technical (further) development of our applications such as the electronic patient record (ePA), the electronic prescription (E-Prescription) or digital communication solutions (KIM/TI-Messenger) as well as our technical platform services such as access and identities in the healthcare sector. We understand the complex requirements of healthcare and form the bridge to the design of user-centered, marketable, digital solutions for people in the healthcare sector in order to noticeably improve the quality and efficiency of care and to strengthen patient sovereignty.

Responsibilities

• You work closely with product managers, developers, and user researchers in an interdisciplinary team in agile working methods to permanently optimize the user experience in the digital healthcare sector.
• With attention to detail and a passion for well-designed user interfaces, you support the designers in the team to expand the products - from interaction concepts, click dummies to the finished screen design.
• You create prototypes and evaluate user tests to assess user behavior, needs, and satisfaction.
• As part of the UX Design Team, you work with the UX colleagues to further develop the gematik Design System so that we can recognize the common signature in all our products.
• You are not satisfied with the first solution and work hard to develop the best solution for our users.

Your Profile

• Degree: You are currently studying Visual Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a comparable degree.
• Experience: You have basic knowledge in the field of User Experience Design and Interaction Design.
• Tool & Method Skills: You are confident in using common design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work Style: You are flexible and transparent in planning and prioritizing your tasks and work steps.
• Personality: You are a communicative and skilled team player and can get excited about different topics and projects.
• Language: Your very good German and English skills in speech and writing complete your profile.
