About the Position
We are seeking a Health Bartender to prepare and serve healthy beverages at Hard Rock Hotel Malta.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve healthy beverages such as fresh juices, smoothies, protein shakes, detox drinks, herbal teas, and wellness cocktails
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Recommend healthy drink options and ingredients based on guests’ preferences and dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and preparation areas
- Monitor freshness and proper storage of fruits, vegetables, supplements, and other ingredients
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender, juice maker, smoothie barista, or in food & beverage service is preferred
- Knowledge of healthy drinks, nutrition, superfoods, and fresh ingredients
- Ability to prepare smoothies, juices, protein shakes, detox drinks, and wellness beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented personality
- Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently
